Products & Orders
All products listed on CCTVPROS are subject to availability. Prices are inclusive of GST and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued.
Delivery
Free delivery applies to all orders across India. Orders placed before 2 PM on business days are dispatched the same day. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. CCTVPROS is not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
Warranty
All products carry the manufacturer's warranty as stated on the product page. Warranty claims must be made directly to the manufacturer or through CCTVPROS (call +91-7599985666 for assistance). Warranty is void if the product is physically damaged, modified, or used outside specified conditions.
Returns & Refunds
Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are defective or not as described. The product must be in original packaging with all accessories. Contact us at cctvpros.in@gmail.com or +91-7599985666 to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product is inspected.
Installation Services
Our installation service is available in Kottayam, Changanacherry, Pala, and Ettumanoor. Installation pricing is provided after a free site survey and is subject to the specific requirements of each property. CCTVPROS is not liable for any pre-existing property conditions or third-party works required for installation.
Limitation of Liability
CCTVPROS liability in any circumstance is limited to the value of the product or service purchased. We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or any events resulting from system downtime or security incidents despite a CCTV system being installed.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kottayam, Kerala.
